What kind of events can I rent the trailer out for?

How do I book with Drift Taste Mobile Bar?
Visit our 'Contact Us' page and fill out some basic information about your event. We will get back to you within 2-hours with more information and pricing. Once we customize a package that works for your event, we will require a 50% deposit.
Do I need a liquor license to rent the trailer?
In order to rent our mobile bar trailer, you do not need to possess a liquor license.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we carry both general liability as well as liquor liability coverage. If your event space requires a COI, we are happy to provide one for your event.
How much does it cost to rent the trailer?
Trailer rental starts at $750. Each event is different and will be customized accordingly.
What are the dimensions of the Drift Taste Mobile Bar?
Our Mobile Bar Trailer is 7.5' Tall, 8' Long and 6' Wide. The trailer comes in three pieces for transport, relocation and indoor/outdoor placement.
Do you serve parties without alcohol?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide our mobile bar trailer for any type of event.
What type of payments do you take?
We are able to process credit card payments from all major credit cards. We also can accept cash and Zelle.
Do you have a Rain Date Policy?
We are happy to accommodate a rain date within a week of the event as long as your chosen rain date is available.
*The host is responsible for event weather proofing. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.
What decor can be rented with the trailer?

Do you provide bartenders?
Yes! Each event is different, and we will provide an adequate number of Bartender(s). If you have a caterer that is providing alcohol, we recommend using their Bartender(s).
How will the bartenders be Dressed?
Our typical attire is black dress pants and black shirt with our logo. Should your event dress code require any adjustments to attire, we will discuss specifics during the intake to ensure bartenders attire aligns with event requirements.
Who is responsible for making sure that guests do not have too much to drink?
Our experienced bartenders are trained in alcohol awareness. While the event host is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions, Drift Taste reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who appear too intoxicated, per our judgement.
Is gratuity included in your fee structure?
Tips are customary in the bartending business, so we offer our customers two options:
1. Placement of a tip jar on the bar for guests who wish to leave gratuity.
2. Opt for "Hosted Gratuity" -- no tip jar will be placed, and the host will pay a $2.00 per person gratuity fee based on number of guests attending the event.
Can I create a custom cocktail?
This is your special day. We will do our best to create any custom cocktails or beverages of your choice. We will advise you on the type and amount of liquor required for your beverage.
Do I need to provide anything for the bar?
All rentals include ice, basic barware, garnishes, mixers, napkins, straws, signage and menu.
How much time do you need to setup the event?
We typically require setup time 2 hours before start of the event and 1 hour after the event for breakdown.
Can you help me plan my event?
We can recommend event planners to help with the planning and execution of your event.
